Holy Cross Stitch - SATS 12/14

This open stitch adds the perfect amount of detail to your canvas! Start by making a typical cross and add some jazz with a cross stitch on top. Although shown in contrasting colors here, this stitch can also be done with the same thread, adding dimension. I am so excited because we are now starting Chapter 2 - Diagonal Stitches. While I usually don't use diagonal stitches for backgrounds, they have many great purposes which we will discuss as we work through this chapter.  Let's get started!
